The Board of Directors announces that, in honour of our former Chairman and bastion of Scottish ‘sporting integrity’, it has agreed that we shall name our Main Stand at Stark’s Park the Turnbull Hutton Stand.

Turnbull served the club as a director since 2000, and more recently as Chairman until he stepped down in late 2014 for health reasons. He sadly passed away last month, at the age of 68.

We are delighted to confirm that the formal naming ceremony for the Turnbull Hutton Stand will take place on Wednesday 22 July when we face a strong Celtic XI in a pre season friendly, with a 7.45pm kick off. We are indebted to Celtic FC for agreeing to mark the occasion by playing us at Stark’s Park in our final match before the new season begins in earnest.

We can also announce today that Stark’s Park will also host a pre season fixture against Premiership new boys, Heart of Midlothian FC on Tuesday 7 July again with a 7.45pm kick off.

Last week we also announced our home fixture against Aberdeen on Sunday 12 July, completing a trio of superb matches against top quality opposition.

All of these matches are INCLUDED in our highly competitive season ticket package, so if you haven’t got yours yet, be sure to purchase soon! Prices are £250 for adults, £125 for Seniors (over 65), £150 for 16 & 17 year olds still in full time education, and only £30 for younger children.

Walk up admission prices for each of these friendlies will be Adults £10, Concessions £5.

News on the managerial vacancy will appear first, here on, as soon as there are any concrete developments to report. In the meantime, this club will not comment on media speculation based on leaks from other sources.
