Raith Rovers signed Scott Brown on 31st May 2022.

Scott began his career with a trial at Clyde before moving to Bradford City in July 2011.

He made his senior debut for Bradford in a 1–1 draw against Northampton Town in the FA Cup on 3 November 2012.

After impressing, Scott was offered a professional contract with the club in April 2013.

In July 2013, Scott joined St Johnstone.

He made his debut for St Johnstone on 5 October 2013, coming on as a substitute against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Scott scored his first senior goal on 7 May 2014 in a dramatic 3–3 draw at home against Celtic.

In August 2015, Scott joined Dumbarton on loan, where he played until the end of the loan spell in January 2016.

He then signed for Peterhead, where he spent the next six years of his career.

In May 2022, Scott signed for us and was named captain soon after.

In November 2024, Scott signed a two-year extension, expressing his commitment and desire to be the captain who takes Raith Rovers back to the Premiership.

Scott’s contract runs until May 2027.
