Ian Murray’s first Rovers signing; Dylan has a wealth of experience acquired since coming through the ranks at Hutchison Vale.
Dylan moved from Hutchie to play for Livingston Under-20s, Berwick Rangers, St Johnstone, Arbroath, Dumbarton, Elgin City, Clyde, Forfar, Kelty Hearts and Airdrieonians.
During his career, he has picked up numerous Player of the Season awards and picked up plenty of goals and assists.
Dylan’s current contract runs until the end of season 2023/24.
