Allan Halliday

Allan originally joined the club in October 2022 as Football Operations Manager. He then joined the new Board as a Director in May 2023, and was instrumental in establishing the new investors group using his contacts both in business and football to progress the agreement with all parties and facilitate new ownership of Raith Rovers FC.

Allan is employed by Fife Council in a Senior Management role, and has also owned and run cafes in Kirkcaldy for 17 years. He currently owns Café Stance situated in Kirkcaldy Bus Station.

A well known face in league and non league circles (having previously been General Manager at Dundonald Bluebell for over 10 years) and playing a leading role in the Bluebell’s rise through the pyramid and the Club obtaining its SFA Licence, Allan was also General Manager at Glenrothes Juniors for six years.

Allan is also Club Secretary and the Club’s representative with the SFA and SPFL, with his experience of governance and protocol in this area being invaluable going forward.

Although by his own admission he has not always been a Rovers fan, he insists he is now!
