Raith Rovers v Hamilton Academical will take place at the Falkirk Stadium on Sunday 26 March 2023, and the 4.15pm kick-off can be watched live on BBC ALBA.
All under 12s will be allowed to enter the final free of charge with a paying adult, with adult supporters paying £18 for the fixture.
Ticket prices range from £5 for juveniles aged 12-16, to £10 for over 65s and students.
The match will see Raith Rovers aim to lift the trophy for an incredible third consecutive tournament.
The club last year defeated Queen of the South 3-1 in the final at Airdrie’s Excelsior Stadium, and previously shared the 2019/20 trophy with Inverness Caledonian Thistle after the pandemic led to the postponement of their final.
A Hamilton Academical victory would mark the 30th anniversary of the last time they won the trophy in 1992/93, where they defeated Greenock Morton 3-2 in the final.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster said: “Everyone at the SPFL is hugely looking forward to this year’s final at the Falkirk Stadium.
“There’s a great storyline surrounding this match, given Raith Rovers’ impressive recent success in the SPFL Trust Trophy, and Hamilton Academical looking to mark the 30th anniversary of the last time they won this tournament with another trophy.
“The SPFL Trust is a much-valued sponsor of this competition, and they continue to do great work, in partnership with our member clubs, in communities across Scotland.”
SPFL Trust CEO Nicky Reid said: “We can’t wait to welcome Raith Rovers and Hamilton Academical to the Falkirk Stadium for the SPFL Trust Trophy Final 2023. It promises to be a wonderful day, involving two clubs right at the heart of their communities.
“We believe in using football as a powerful tool for good that can have a real-life impact on communities across Scotland the way other sectors can’t.
“In our second season of sponsorship, this year’s final is a terrific opportunity to highlight
not only the work of the community trusts at Raith and Accies, but other Football Powered
stories across Scotland.”
The SPFL Trust’s sponsorship of the trophy is only possible because of the generous support
of the charity’s donors, including James Anderson.
The SPFL Trust’s benefactors previously announced a £252,000 payout to clubs in October
2020 as part of its sponsorship of the tournament.
Clubs and community trusts were eligible to claim £4,200 each in vital grants, after the
2020/21 tournament was cancelled due to the pandemic.
