Club 1883 Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and responsibilities that each supporter must agree to as part of Club 1883. By entering into the Club 1883 membership contract, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions, ‘the Club’ refers to Raith Rovers Football Club and ‘Membership’ refers to Club 1883.
Purchasing a Membership and Activation
To sign up for Membership, you must create an account on Fanbase, and join one of the three Memberships on offer.
You then choose Standard, Gold or International and pay on a monthly or annual basis.
Once paid, you will receive an email with confirmation of your Membership.
You will automatically be charged the monthly/annual Membership cost unless you cancel via your Fanbase account, or request cancellation directly from the Club.
Term and Cancellation
Membership is a year-round scheme and can either be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
If you cancel your Membership, your billing cycle will end and you will not be charged the following month/year – depending on which option you chose. The Membership will still be active until the end of that billing period.
It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure the details connected to their Fanbase account are correct. This includes full name, email address and home address. To change your details, log into your Fanbase account and visit the Account tab. You can also visit or call the Club’s office on 01592 263514 between 10am to 4pm on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The Club cannot accept responsibility for the non-receipt of the Welcome Gift or other mailings in the case of incorrect or missing information.
The cost of membership is:
Standard – £12 per month / £144 per year
Gold – £20 per month / £240 per year
International – £20 per month / £240 per year
You may pay the fee in one of two ways:
Via Fanbase Directly (PREFERRED)
Log into the Fanbase app or website, choose the Membership option and add the payment method. Payment can be made through Apple Pay or Stripe Payment, which accepts all major cards.
Via the Club office
You may call or visit the Club office between 10am and 4pm on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Your payment can be taken over the phone or using a card machine in-person. All major bank cards are accepted in both instances. A staff member will either link your new Membership to your existing Fanbase account or if you do not already have an account, they will ask for your details to create one.
We will notify you by email that we have processed your payment and this will inform you of your Membership. The email will constitute our acceptance of your Membership. Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date we send the email. The Club accept no responsibility for you not receiving an email if you have given incorrect information.
A Member who chooses the annual Membership shall be entitled to all of the perks upon receiving their confirmation email.
A Member who chooses the monthly Membership shall be entitled to some of the perks upon receiving this email, with all perks activated after the second month’s payment is made.
Membership Categories and Perks
Standard Members will receive:
A standard level Welcome Gift after the second month of your first payment. This will be mailed to the home address linked to the Member’s Fanbase account. Please note, the contents of the Gift may vary depending on stock availability.
A monthly update from the Board of Directors. This perk will activate upon receiving the Membership confirmation email. This update will be an email sent out every month, starting in November 2023. This email will come directly from CEO Andrew Barrowman and Director of Football John Potter, clearly outlining how Members’ contributions have helped that month and what they are specifically looking to improve.
Entry into standard level quarterly competitions. This perk will activate upon receiving the Membership confirmation email, however the Membership must still be active at the time of the prize draw to ensure entry. The competitions will be drawn in February, May, August and November. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Fanbase account.
A digital copy of every matchday poster. This perk will activate upon receiving the Membership confirmation email. Whenever the Club has a new official matchday poster available, Members will receive a PDF copy via the email address associated with their Fanbase account.
RRFC In Numbers monthly infographic. This will be an infographic sent out to Members to their associated Fanbase email address from the Board of Directors. This will outline specific numbers, such as ticket sales, kiosk sales, social media engagement numbers and more. The first one will be sent out on in November.
Online shop special offers. Members will receive exclusive discount codes sent to the email address associated with their Fanbase account. This perk will activate upon the email confirmation, with discount codes sent out sporadically throughout the year for dates such as a Member’s birthday, Black Friday, Back to School, New Year etc. This will be a one-time code that cannot be shared with anyone else. After being used once, the code will no longer be valid or able to use.
The Club accepts no responsibility for the Member not receiving any of these perks if they have given incorrect email or mailing address information.
Gold Members will receive:
A premium level Welcome Gift after the second month of payment. This will be mailed to the home address associated with the Member’s Fanbase account. Please note, the contents of the Gift may vary depending on stock availability.

A signed Club 1883 thank you poster. This will be mailed to the home address associated with the Member’s Fanbase account. It will be an exclusive Club 1883 poster, signed by members of the playing squad and managmenet – personally thanking you for your Membership.
One free ‘Bring a Friend’ ticket. This perk will activate after the second month of Membership and entitles the Member to one free ticket to any Category B home match. Category B home matches include all cinch Championship matches except Dunfermline and Dundee United. Members are entitled to one of these per season and can redeem by emailing the Club via commercial@raithrovers.net or visiting/calling the office between 10am and 4pm on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Members will receive an invite link to their Fanbase associated email address, which will state the date and time of the Q&A. This is a Members-only event and the invite link cannot be shared with anyone else. The event can also not be recorded by Members to then share with others.

International Members will receive:

A free homecoming ticket. This perk will activate upon receiving the Membership confirmation email and entitles the Member to one free match ticket for when they return to Kirkcaldy. Members are entitled to one of these per season and can redeem by emailing the Club via commercial@raithrovers.net.
RaithTV International Pass discount. This perk will activate after the second month of payment and gives Members a 10% discount when purchasing their RaithTV International Pass. This can be used for the Monthly or Annual Pass. Upon the second month’s payment, Members will receive an email from RaithTV with confirmation that the discount has been added to their account. After this, Members can log on as normal and the discounted option will show on screen for them to choose. This will remain valid until Club 1883 membership has been cancelled. Members can only purchase a discounted Pass while they are active Club 1883 Members.

Code of Conduct
It is recognised that football is a passionate game and supporters will have their own way of expressing their support and reactions. This is acceptable and welcomed as it often adds positively to the match experience. However, behaviour which jeopardises the safety and enjoyment of others or is likely to bring disrepute to the Club is not acceptable.
This includes:
- anti-social behaviour
- sectarian, racial ,discriminatory or obscene chanting
- throwing any article within the stadium or its environs
encroaching onto the field of play - In respect of any individual who is convicted of a football related offence or is in serious breach of SFL Ground Regulations, all Raith Rovers Supporters’ Clubs will support the Club, Stewards and Fife Constabulary in taking appropriate action. It is recognised that this action will be relevant to each individual case and the most serious cases could include the judiciary system and/or a ban by the Club.
The Club have the right to cancel and withdraw your Membership in the event of any of these Terms and Conditions being breached, or if the Club’s Code of Conduct is violated. In the event of such cancellation, no refund will be paid in respect of an unexpired portion of the Membership.
General
You must be 18 years or older to create a Membership.

The Club may amend these terms from time to time in its discretion. Any changes will be published on the Club’s website and Members will be notified.
You agree that the Club may collect and handle information relating to you, including personal data, in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy.
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation, are governed by Scots law. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of England or Wales you may also bring proceedings in England & Wales, and if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
