The squad building continues at Stark’s Park, as manager Ian Murray sealed the acquisition earlier today of his third new signing of the close season.

Ross Millen, a 27 year old right-back, has joined the Rovers on a 2 year deal from EFL League 2 side Scunthorpe after spending last season at Glanford Park.

The son of former Rovers defender Andy Millen (who spent half a season at Stark’s Park in the late 1990s), Ross has played nearly 250 games in his
career to date after making the breakthrough at the age of 18 along the A92 at East End Park (scoring a memorable winner past Kevin Cuthbert v his new club as we exited the Ramsdens Cup after lifting the trophy in 2014).

Since leaving Fife, Ross has played in the SPFL Championship for Livingston and the SPFL League 2 with Clyde and Queen’s Park; before a 3 year stint in the SPFL Premiership with Kilmarnock.
