This Saturday, we welcome East Fife to Stark’s Park for our first competitive fixture of the 2020/21 season.

The Betfred Cup tie will kick off at 3pm. Unfortunately – due to COVID-19 restrictions – supporters will be unable to watch the game from the stands. However, anyone can watch the match online – RaithTV will be broadcasting a live video stream to viewers in the UK and around the globe.

The stream will cost £9.99

Raith Rovers season tickets do not provide access to any cup matches, but will have access to all home league matches from next week v Arbroath.

To purchase the stream for this weekend:

  1. Visit www.raith.tv from 5pm today (Thursday 8th October 2020).
  2. Log in using your existing RaithTV account. If you do not already have an account, there is an option to create one on the website.
  3. Select the East Fife game and enter your payment details.

Please note that you will not be able to purchase the stream before 5pm today.

Supporters will be able to purchase the game up until kick off, but we strongly recommend you purchase earlier if possible. After you purchase the stream, you will be able to log back in on Saturday afternoon to view the game.

On Saturday the stream will begin at 2:15pm, showing a countdown screen until the broadcast starts at 2:50pm.

Information on how to access streams for our upcoming home league fixtures, including pricing, will be shared on Wednesday of next week.

We hope you can join us to (virtually) get right behind the Rovers!

RaithTV Test Stream

Over the summer, RaithTV have been working on a number of major upgrades. Inevitably, this means there may be a few glitches that may need to be ironed out.

To help the RaithTV volunteers prepare for Saturday’s match, they are running a technical test this evening. It will be available to anyone who purchases the East Fife game before the test begins.

The stream will run on www.raith.tv from 6.30pm until 7pm tonight (Thursday) and is designed to test the functionality of the website as well as video quality and the stability of the stream.  It will include live footage of the squad training and some commentary. Please be aware that the test is not a full RaithTV production, and the matchday offering will differ from what you see. The stream may start and stop throughout as tests are made.

During the test, the chat function will be available for viewers to provide feedback on their experience. You can also provide feedback to RaithTV by messaging them on Facebook and Twitter.
