How do I get in touch?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-1pm.
Do you offer Click&Collect?
Yes. You can choose our Click&Collect service as a delivery option in your shopping basket. This is free for most items, excluding tickets. You can collect from the office at Stark’s Park Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-1pm and on match days 10am-2pm. Please wait 24 hours for us to prepare your order, and bring your confirmation email (either printed or on your phone).
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently use PayPal to process our payments. PayPal accepts most major credit & debit cards.
I don’t have a PayPal account (and don’t want one) how can I pay?
PayPal offer a guest checkout, where you don’t have to register your details and your payment details are just used for the one transaction. You will be offered the chance to set up a PayPal account after the transaction, but this is optional.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14 day return policy. You can return any item (except those marked as a sale item) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase cost (minus delivery costs).
Please contact us before you return any goods via email or phone. Once doing so, goods can be returned to: Raith Rovers Football Club, Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1SA (FAO Online Shop)
The item must be in their original condition. If it came sealed/shrink-wrapped, it must not have been opened.
We cannot offer refunds on the following items: perishable goods (e.g. food), personalised items & tickets (including event bookings).
If the goods you are returning are worth more than £40, please use a tracked delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
Please allow 14 days to process the refund, or ship out a replacement.
We can only process returns for items bought directly through the online shop (e.g. not the Club Shop at Stark’s Park).
My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item. What do I do?
