Goalie signs on loan
Former USA under 19 goalkeeper Kevin Silva (20) has signed for the Rovers on loan from Heart of Midlothian until January 2019.
The Pennsylvania-born goalkeeper signed for Hearts in summer 2018 and had been with Rutgers Scarlet Knights, a University team from New Jersey, in his home country.
