After the excitement of our new mobile game app launch, which you can read about here, Saturday’s matchday can’t come quick enough!

Firstly, you will have seen last week our notice asking for bands and musicians to guest pre-match, and we had a superb response.  This Saturday, for the first time we will have live music in the Raith Suite from 12.45pm till 2.45pm by local artist and Rovers fan Martin McGroarty. You can visit his website here www.martinmcgroarty.com to hear his terrific musical talent!

Martin McGroarty

As the weather is to be unpredictable and the Penman Stand Concourse is impractical, it was unfortunate we couldn’t have this out front or pitch side, however, we will be able to play a selection of Martin’s music over the stadium sound system to our wider audience. Note that the capacity for the Raith Suite will be restricted and early arrivals should buy a ticket at the ticket office. Transfers are available for those looking to sit in the Penman Family Stand.

Anyone wanting to come along and enjoy some pre-match refreshments and some music – with Sky Sports on in the background too – should come down from 12.30pm. A great way to build up to the big game.

In addition to this, we will have our official ribbon cutting for the official opening of the new synthetic pitch, where we will have a selection of competition winners and guests to complete the proceedings around 2.40pm. Former players from the 80’s attending are Bobby Ford and John Mitchell too.

South Stand Shot Winner

Roary Club kicks off the loyalty program this week so bring your new reward cards, and they are also running a great competition to win Liam Buchanan’s signed shirt. Roary’s South Stand Shot is also back sponsored once again by our good friends at Cluny Activities. Bring your £1 to play at halftime to win a £30 voucher!

Finally, halftime will see our trophy winning walking football team take part in the 10 second challenge!

There are a lot of good things happening at Stark’s Park at the moment, and we do hope that as many of you as possible will come down to our game versus Stenhousemuir and cheer the boys on to victory.  Admission prices are unchanged from last season at £15/ £8.

Let’s make it our season! See you all Saturday.
