Job Title:         Girls & Women’s Cub Participation Officer
Hours:            18 hours per week
Period:            One year (Fixed term contract)

Raith Rovers Community Foundation, in partnership with Raith Rovers Ladies and Girls Football Club and SFA Development staff, are looking to recruit a part-time coach to develop girls and women’s football in the Kirkcaldy area.

The successful post-holder will be managed on a day to day basis by local SFA Development staff and will be responsible for delivering the Scottish FA’s “School of Football” programme and also to increase girls’ participation in football activities, at all levels, in line with the Scottish Government’s “Active Scotland Framework” and the Scottish FA’s “One National Plan”.

The successful applicant will hold a minimum of the Scottish FA C Licence or Children’s Award and have experience of planning and implementing club and coaching development plans.  Experience of partnership and collaborative working is also essential.
