Welcome, Hayley Scott!

Raith Rovers Football Club is delighted to announce that Hayley Scott has been appointed as our new General Manager.

Hayley has been working with the club over recent weeks on an interim basis and has now taken up the position permanently.

A statement from the Board of Directors reads:

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Hayley Scott as the club’s new General Manager. Hayley brings a proven track record in operational leadership, commercial development, and supporter-focused service – qualities that align perfectly with the standards and direction we continue to set as a club.

“Having already been part of the organisation for the past few weeks, Hayley has hit the ground running, quickly embedding herself within our operations and making an immediate positive impact across departments. In her new role, Hayley will lead our off-the-field operations, strengthening processes, driving key projects, and ensuring the club continues to operate with professionalism and ambition.

“We are pleased to formally welcome Hayley to her new role and look forward to the continued contribution she will make as we drive the club forward on and off the pitch.”

With a football background both on and off the pitch, spanning playing, coaching and senior operational roles, Hayley brings extensive experience in finance and business strategy, applying the principles of elite sport to drive growth, performance and sustainable success.

Hayley said: “The team, staff and volunteers have been extremely welcoming, and it is already clear to me just how deeply rooted the club is within the local community.

“We are working hard to move the club forward by introducing new processes, strengthening how we operate and enhancing the overall supporter experience.

“I will also continue to work closely with the Raith Rovers Community Foundation to deliver important projects such as the Randolph Project and explore further initiatives that positively serve the club, the Foundation and our wider community.

“A key focus will be bringing the women’s First Team back to Stark’s Park and continuing to strengthen the pathways and opportunities from the Foundation through to the main club.

“It is a privilege to take on the role of General Manager, and I’m excited about what we can achieve together, both on and off the pitch!”
