Vacancies: Matchday Staff
Raith Rovers is looking to add to it’s matchday team and are now accepting applications for the two following positions:

About the role:
Help us deliver a friendly and professional hospitality experience for guests in the 1883 Lounge and Audio Emotion Captain’s Lounge or across the bar in our member’s lounges.
Main duties:
· Set up lounges, tables, bars and service areas before guests arrive.
· Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
· Serve meals, drinks and half-time refreshments.
· Clear tables and keep hospitality areas clean and presentable.
· Process cash and card payments accurately when required.
· Follow allergen, food-safety, Challenge 25 and licensing procedures.
· Assist with stock checks, cleaning and closing the lounges after service.
What we are looking for:
· Friendly, reliable and confident dealing with customers.
· Able to work calmly as part of a team in a busy environment.
· Available for home fixtures, weekends and evening events.
· Hospitality, bar or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential.
· Training will be provided.
· Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred but not essential.

About the role:
Help us provide quick, friendly and safe food and drink service to supporters from the matchday kiosks at Stark’s Park.
Main duties:
· Prepare the kiosk, tills, food, drinks and stock before opening.
· Serve supporters quickly, politely and accurately.
· Heat and serve pies and other food using the equipment provided.
· Process cash and card payments correctly through the Square till.
· Follow food hygiene, allergen, handwashing and safe-food-handling procedures.
· Complete opening stock, wastage, closing stock and cash sheets accurately.
· Clean the kiosk, equipment and work surfaces before closing.
What we are looking for:
· Friendly, reliable and able to work well in a busy team.
· Confident handling money, taking orders and speaking with supporters.
· Available for home fixtures, including weekends and evening games.
· Previous catering, retail or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential.
· Food hygiene, till, cash-handling and kiosk training will be provided.
