Raith Rovers is pleased to announce a new club to help encourage more young people to get behind their local team. The Roary Club is open to all children of primary school age and is completely free to join. Those who sign up will receive a welcome pack with some Raith Rovers goodies and a Roary reward card which they can use to earn special prizes by coming along to games. Throughout the season there will be exciting competitions for members including the chance to win a visit by Roary Rover to their school or club. We will also be holding a Family Fun Day for one match at Stark’s Park this season where there will be special activities and entertainment for children.

Over the last few weeks Roary Rover has been out and about in the community promoting the club. He has visited schools, attended the Kirkcaldy District Beaver Scouts fun day and last weekend was at the Gilvenbank Fun Day in Glenrothes where he showed off his Zumba dancing skills. Director Dave Wann said, “We have been getting a great reaction from kids at all the events. They love meeting Roary and we have also been taking along the Ramsdens Cup for people to see. Children are the fans of the future and that’s why we are focused on making it easier for young people to support their local team with our great season ticket prices for kids and initiatives like the Roary Club.”

If you have children or grandchildren at primary school and would like to enrol them in the Roary club then just email their name, address and date of birth along with the your name to roaryclub@raithrovers.net
