An Irish full-back, Zak joined the club at the start of the 2026/27 season.

Zak began his career in the youth ranks of West Brom, having made the move from his native Ireland at the age of 16.

After leaving the Baggies in 2022, Zak would gain invaluable experience in the Scottish Premiership, featuring for Inverness CT and Arbroath in the coming seasons.

In 2024, he would be signed by Dougie Imrie at Greenock Morton, where he would feature over 70 times across two seasons. He would later re-unite with Imrie, when he signed him to join the Rovers during the 2026 off-sesason.

A versatile player who can feature at both left-back or centre-back, Zak’s deal runs until the summer of 2028.
