Richard signed for Raith Rovers in June 2025.

A pacy winger, Richard can feature on either side of attack. A graduate of Charlton Athletic’s Academy, where he signed his first professional contract and made his League One debut, Richard brings a mix of technical quality, physicality, and valuable experience from England’s lower leagues.

His 2024/25 season at Farnborough saw him rack up 42 appearances, seven goals and six assists, underlining his attacking contribution and consistency.

Richard has also enjoyed productive loan spells at Dartford and Bath City, and his adaptability has made him a key player at every Club he’s represented.

English-born but of Malaysian and Seychellois heritage, Richard has become the first ever Malaysian Raith Rovers player.

‘Chinny’ made his debut for the Malaysian National Team in a friendly against Palestine in September 2025.

Richard’s current contract runs until May 2027.
