Charlie began coaching at just 16 years old, gaining experience across levels from grassroots to the Lowland League.

He went on to complete a degree in Football Coaching, further strengthening his knowledge of the game.

As part of his development, Charlie undertook an analyst internship with the Scottish Football Association, working with youth, senior men’s, and senior women’s teams.

This gave him valuable insight into high-performance environments across multiple levels of the sport.

He joined Rovers in November 2024 alongside Mark McKenna, bringing with him a strong background in both coaching and analysis to support the team’s continued progress.
