Andy Millen was appointed as Assistant Manager in November 2025.
Andy has more than three decades of experience as a player and coach.
Born in Glasgow, Andy enjoyed an extraordinary playing career spanning from 1986 to 2011.
A tough, intelligent defender, he represented a host of Scottish clubs including St Johnstone, Alloa Athletic, Hamilton Academical, Kilmarnock, Hibernian, Raith Rovers, Ayr United, Greenock Morton and Clyde.
His remarkable longevity earned him national recognition as Andy famously became the oldest outfield player to feature in the Scottish Premier League, turning out for St Mirren at the age of 42 years and 279 days.
His playing honours include two Scottish Challenge Cups with Hamilton and a Scotland B cap earned during his time at Kilmarnock.
He later added the Scottish First Division title and another Challenge Cup with St Mirren.
After retiring from playing, Andy moved seamlessly into coaching, working closely with Gus MacPherson at St Mirren before spells as Assistant Manager at Hamilton Academical, Queen of the South, Ayr United, Kilmarnock and Greenock Morton.
He has also played a key role in developing young talent, leading academy and development squads at both Morton and Kilmarnock.
Andy rejoined Morton again in 2021 as Assistant Manager, continuing to build his reputation as an organised, demanding and highly respected coach.
Andy joined Raith Rovers as part of Dougie Imrie’s coaching staff, and his current contract runs until May 2028.
