Season Ticket FAQ
How can I buy my season ticket?
Renewing or purchasing a new Season Ticket online is the easiest and quickest method.
You can also purchase your Season Ticket by visiting the Stark’s Park office:
Tuesday 10am – 5pm
Wednesday 10am – 5pm
Thursday 10am – 7pm
Friday 10am – 5pm
Home Saturday Matchday 11am – 5pm
Once purchased, Season Tickets are non-refundable.
What payment options are available?
You can pay with a credit or debit card online or over the phone, as well as cash or card in person at Stark’s Park.
Klarna Pay-In-Three and Buy Now, Pay Later is also available online only.
What games does a season ticket include?
Season Tickets cover all Championship home league games in season 2025/26.
Season Tickets are not valid for friendlies, Cup games or Play-Off matches.
What benefits are included in my season ticket?

How do I purchase a free Under 12s Season Ticket?
For every Adult/Over 65s season ticket purchased, you can buy a maximum of two free Under-12s.
Additional Under-12 season tickets are available for £25.
Is there a family stand/section?
We recommend families purchase tickets in the first section of the South Stand between row D and row L, Seats 1-13.
How do I purchase a ticket if I am disabled?
Disabled season tickets are priced at the relevant age category.
If you do not need a carer, proceed to purchase your ticket online.
If you require a carer, you can select this option when purchasing.
Proof of entitlement will be required. Eligibility requirements are available here.
If you have accessibility issues, access for wheelchairs is available at the front of the South Stand.

Do you offer partial season tickets?
We offer Half-Season Tickets for entry to our league fixtures for the second half of the season.
What happens if I lose my season ticket?
Your season ticket will always be available on your Fanbase app or if you log into your account online.
If you opted for a physical season card and you misplace it, you can purchase a replacement for £5.
Do I get a physical season ticket card?
We encourage fans to use their Fanbase account, which gives access to a digital season ticket that can be scanned from your smartphone directly at the turnstiles.
However, we understand that many people like to have a collectible.
Physical season ticket cards are available as an add-on option at checkout for £5.
How do I use my digital season ticket card on matchdays?
Your digital season ticket card can be stored in your Apple or Google Wallet on your phone, for easy access on matchdays.
It will also show on your Fanbase app or on the website.
Just show this digital card to the turnstile operator as you would a physical one.
