How can I buy my season ticket for 2023/24?

Renewing or purchasing a new season ticket online is the easiest and quickest method.

You can also purchase your season ticket by visiting the Stark’s Park office between 10am and 4pm weekdays or by calling us on 01592 263514.

What payment options are available?

You can pay online, over the phone, or in person at Stark’s Park using your debit or credit card

A Direct Debit option is available, so that the cost can be spread over 4 months. Please contact the office directly to arrange this before purchasing. There will be a £10 arrangement fee on the overall transaction.

What games does the season ticket cover?

Season Tickets cover all SPFL home league games in season 2023/24. Season Tickets are not valid for friendlies, cup games or play-off matches.

What additional benefits are included in my season ticket?

Additional benefits include:

  • 10% off club shop in store
  • Invitation to an open training session (date TBC)
  • 10% off hospitality
  • Priority access to cup tickets and away games

How long will my existing seat be reserved for?

Existing season ticket holders will be able to reserve their current seat until Friday 30th After this, any unpurchased seats will then be released to general sale.

How do I purchase a free Under 12s Season Ticket?

Under 12s must be 11 years or younger on 1st July 2023. For every Adult/Over 65s season ticket purchased, a maximum of 2 free Under 12s. Additional Under 12s tickets are available for £25.

Is there a family stand/section?

We recommend families purchase tickets in the first section of the Penman Family Stand between row D and row L, Seats 1-13.

How do I purchase a ticket if I am disabled?

Disabled season tickets are priced at the relevant age category. If you do not need a carer, proceed to purchase your ticket online. If you require a carer, please contact the main office to purchase.

Proof of entitlement may be required. Eligibility requirements are available here.

If you have accessibility issues, access for wheelchairs is available at the front of the south stand.

Do you offer partial season tickets?

We will offer half-season tickets in December for entry to our league fixtures for the second-half of the season.

What happens if I lose my season ticket?

You will have the option of adding an electronic ticket to the wallet of your phone but if you opted for a physical season card and you misplace it then there will be an administration fee of £10.

Do I get a physical season ticket card?

We encourage fans to use their fanbase account, which gives access to a digital season ticket that can be scanned from your smartphone directly at the turnstiles.

Physical season ticket cards are available as an additional option on checking for £5.

Physical cards, if purchased, will be posted out from 3rd July

How do I use my digital season ticket card on matchdays?

Your digital season ticket card can be stored in your Apple or Google Wallet on your phone, for easy access on matchdays. Just show this to the turnstile operator as you would a physical card.
