Raith Rovers Community Foundation, in partnership with Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, will again be running two week long coaching camps during the Easter Holidays.

Camp 1 will be at the Beacon Leisure Centre in Burntisland and will run from Monday 2nd April until Friday 6th April from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day.

Camp 2 will run at the Michael Woods Centre in Glenrothes and will run from Monday 9th April until Friday 13th April, also from 9.30am to 1.30pm each day.

The camps are aimed at all young people aged from 5 to 14 years of age and are open to anyone who wants to take part, wants to be coached to improve their skills, play football and have a good time.

New for this year, in partnership with Raith Rovers Ladies and Girls FC, a girl’s only section will be running during the Easter holidays camps.  This will provide a great opportunity for new players or current players of the game to get quality coaching and have fun while learning the new skills. This group will be led by Euan Robertson who is the SFA Women and Girls Football Development Worker for the Kirkcaldy area.  Euan is also Head Coach with Raith Rovers Ladies & Girls FC Head.

To take part you need to bring sports gear suitable for playing outdoors on a 3G surface (a light rain jacket is also advisable), a packed lunch and water bottle.

Both camps £54.  In some cases concessions can be applied and there is a discount for booking more than one family member.  Enquiries regarding these discounts and booking should be made directly with the Michael Woods Centre and the Beacon Leisure Centre.
