Neeburs’ Most Improved Young Player

Since 2012, the Neeburs o’ Geordie Munro have donated a sum of money every season to the ‘Most Improved Young Player’ for a new pair of boots.

This award is made in memory of Neeburs who have passed away over the years.

This year, the Neeburs have picked Jake Nicholson to receive the £200 prize.

Jake was picked to reflect his personal growth and the hard work that has earned him his first senior contract, and to recognise the importance of the Raith Rovers Community Club pathway.

Jake is shown receiving a cheque for £200 for his new pair of boots, alongside long-term Neeburs members Neil Langtree and Collas Pilmer.
