Efficient Entry: 84% praised the ease of entry, though a few noted queues at late entry points.

Seating Confusion: Multiple complaints about others sitting in reserved seats, with suggestions for clearer signage and seat stickers for season ticket holders.

Young Fans’ Behaviour: Many cited groups ignoring seat allocations and creating crowding on stairwells.

🥁 Atmosphere

This was the most polarising area of feedback.
