Luke Armstrong Joins on Loan!
Raith Rovers is delighted to welcome the signing of goalkeeper Luke Armstrong, on a loan deal from Cardiff City until the end of the season.
The Welsh youth international will join the squad for our second pre-season friendly against Edinburgh City, and will look to create strong competition for Josh Rae throughout the coming campaign.
A 20-year-old, Luke started his career in the youth ranks of Wolverhampton Wanderers, before signing for Cardiff in 2022.
Last season, he gained valuable experience on loan with Penybont in the Cymru Premier, where he featured in the UEFA Conference League.
Luke is also a member of the Welsh under-21 squad, having previously featured for the under 16’s, 17’s and 19’s.
