Lotto

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Rovers Super Lotto, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Rules

Tickets may only be  purchased by those aged 18 or over.

No money will be refunded once a ticket has been sold. This includes tickets sold for several weeks in advance.

Cancellations of recurring online entries must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the next monthly payment. Pro-rata refunds are not available for future draws.

Entries via online sign ups must be completed by midnight the Tuesday before of the lotto draw. Entries received after this time will be automatically entered in draws beginning the week after.

Entries will only be eligible if entered before the deadline and all monies have been paid in advance. If an automated/recurring payment has failed for any reason (e.g. debit card expiry) the ticket will not be eligible.

Issues will be dealt with during office hours Monday to Friday.

Occasionally, online sign up for the lotto will not be available on the site.

The promoter’s decision on all matters arising out of this lottery shall be final.

Winning Tickets

The society will be responsible for paying to the player the full value of the prize to which he/she is entitled.

The played shall be entitled to claim only the highest tier of prize for which the ticket is eligible and not any lesser prize category.

Payment to prize winners will be made not later than seven days after the date of the draw, not withstanding any dispute(s) which may arise.

Proof of ID may be required before money is paid out.

If in a weekly draw there are no selections qualifying for a prize in the jackpot category, the jackpot prize money will be added to the following week’s fund, subject to a maximum jackpot of £25,000.

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winning tickets owners. If a player believes they have won but, for any reason, are not notified, they must contact the Society as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of the draw).

The Society’s decision as to whether or not a ticket is a winning ticket or in respect of any matter or dispute arising from the payment or non-payment of prizes shall be final and binding upon all players.

The cost of this ticket includes a donation of up to 50% to Raith Rovers Football Club.
