The board of directors is well aware of the ongoing debate amongst the club’s supporters regarding recent developments in the league restructuring debate.

At this stage, only the headline proposals have been placed in the public domain. Further details are expected to be received by all clubs ahead of an SFL Members’ meeting, which has been scheduled for Thursday 31st January. Raith Rovers will be represented by Chairman Turnbull Hutton and Chief Executive Eric Drysdale at that meeting.

We do, of course, have the small matter of the upcoming cup tie against Celtic to contend with three days after that meeting. However, your board is committed to offering supporters the opportunity to hear the full details of what is on offer to us, to ask questions and to air their personal views from a fully informed perspective, as soon as possible.

To this end we shall be hosting an open Fans’ Forum at Stark’s Park on Tuesday 5th February at 7.00pm. Further details of arrangements for the meeting will be published nearer the time.
