Kirkcaldy Foodbank is teaming up with Raith Rovers and the Community Foundation this coming Saturday, 27th February, to provide a drop off point. Volunteers from Kirkcaldy Foodbank will be based outside the South Stand turnstiles from 1.30pm.

The type of food required is: canned soup, canned vegetables, canned meat, canned beans, rice, pasta, cereal, UHT Milk, dried fruit, tea and coffee, long life fruit juice

Kirkcaldy Foodbank are are an independent foodbank working hard to ensure local people do not go hungry during a time of crisis since their launch in December 2013.  At Kirkcaldy Foodbank, they work towards helping local people and families in crisis by providing emergency food parcels to people in need. From 3rd December 2013 – November 2015 Kirkcaldy Foodbank provided emergency food provisions to 9,483 adults and children, a total of 85,347 meals.
