JRG Red Zones Update
As announced on Tuesday 5th October 2021, Scottish Football’s Joint Response Group have officially announced they are scrapping the need for clubs across the country to have mandatory Covid ‘Red Zones’.
Raith Rovers FC wish to clarify what this means for our Turnbull Hutton (Main) Stand Season Ticket holders and supporters who have been displaced as a result of these regulations:
- The change in the guidelines is under discussion just now with the SPFL and Championship clubs – as a default, according to the JRG, if a visiting club to Stark’s Park insists that a Red Zone is required, Raith Rovers FC will have to provide a red zone. This will be advised in the days leading up to a Raith Rovers FC home fixture.
- As a result, we cannot – at this time – allow Season Ticket holders back into the Turnbull Hutton (Main) Stand until all visiting clubs have been consulted.
- Turnbull Hutton (Main) Stand season ticket holders, and supporters who spectate from this area on an ad-hoc basis, will still be allocated / sold seats in the Penman Family (South) Stand until agreement has been reached with ALL visiting clubs, that they are happy to use the Away Team dressing room.
