With the school holidays drawing to a close Raith Rovers in the community have been keeping the kids occupied and entertained for the last two weeks in a healthy, fun way with their Funtime Football Coaching classes.

Held on the all weather pitches at Kirkcaldy High School from Monday through to Friday, between 30 and 40 budding young footballers have joined in the sessions with Coaches David Costello and Chris Cooper, assisted by Ryan Cassidy and David Gilchrist. At the end of each week the young players were all presented with a certificate of Merit and a match ticket for the following home game.

Coach Chris along with Ryan and David regularly run the Saturday morning Raith Rovers Community Coaching sessions for age groups 5-7, 8-9 and 10 years upwards, which are also held at the KHS pitches between 10.00am and 1.15pm and are normally attended by between 60 and 70 young football hopefuls.
