Raith Rovers FC are delighted to announce our participation in a scheme designed to allow more local youngsters to attend matches at Stark’s Park.

Local MSP David Torrance and RRFC Supporters’ Director Dorothy Wilson (who are both involved in the Rovers Walk and Talk group) have taken the lead on an arrangement that saw each of them donate 6 under 12 Season Tickets to Linktown Youth Club members.

That generous pledge was matched by Raith Rovers supporter and Raith Forum representative John Reid and RRFC itself to ensure that as many local youngsters as possible can attend league matches at Stark’s Park to cheer on their local team.

David Torrance MSP and John Reid attended the Youth Club earlier this week to present the Season Tickets to the youngsters.

Raith Rovers FC Supporters’ Director Dorothy Wilson talked to www.raithrovers.net and said:

“Despite not being able to attend the presentation last night, it was great to hear the kids of Linktown Youth Club so enthusiastic about the new season. It has been a pleasure to help them to be able to see as much of Ian Murrays team as possible”
