Kieran Mitchell joins Bo’ness on loan

Modern Apprentice striker Kieran Mitchell has joined Lowland League side Bo’ness United on loan until the end of the 2021-22 season to gain match experience with the Newtown Park side.

Kieran was signed on a Modern Apprentice contract in June 2021, having started in football at Bayside FC before representing Hearts in their academy setup and working his way through the age groups at Fife Elite FA.

The 18 year old has made 11 substitute appearances in all matches this season, scoring once v Stranraer in a pre-season friendly.
