Chris Silvestro 2008-09 Winners Medal
We would like to thank each and every person who has donated money through our various channels, auctioned off their personal collectors items and increased their lottery subscriptions to help raise funds for the club during this uncertain time. Everyone’s efforts are really appreciated by everyone at Raith Rovers Football Club.
To add to the incredible fundraising activities from our fan base, former player Chris Silvestro has generously donated a truly one-of-a-kind collector’s item to the cause. Chris is offering his 2008-09 Scottish Second Division Championship Winners’ medal for auction with all proceeds being donated to the club.
An amazing gesture from Chris, who signed from Albion Rovers on 25th May 2005 and went on to make 123 appearances, scoring 2 goals before retiring on 11th May 2009.
You can bid on the medal here, which will be running until 9pm on Monday 6th April.
