The Raith Rovers Community Foundation are proud to present the 24/42 challenge @ GYM64. At 2.00pm on Friday 17th February 2017, the virtual challenge will start in Dingwall and will come to an end at 2.30pm on Saturday 18th February at Starks Park, taking in all 42 Scottish Professional Football League grounds along the way. That’s a distance of 1390 kilometres in only 24hrs, through a combination of walking, running and cycling. Past FFIT participants and foundation members will work together to complete the challenge, with the support of Alan Goodsir and his team at GYM64.

They have now recruited our team of 30 ‘willing’ participants for this challenge and team 24/42 are ready to go!! Their mission is to raise awareness of the fantastic work that Paul Doig and the RRCF do in the community and raise funds to future-proof the foundation, is well underway and the fundraising doesn’t stop there. There is an after challenge fundraising party organised at The Royal Hotel in Dysart from 7pm til late, Saturday 18th February. Tickets are now available for £5, which includes live music from local soul and funk legends ‘Tina and the groove’ and we’re even offering a buffet. So get your ticket to the biggest party Kirkcaldy has seen since dancing in the streets of Raith!!!
