John On The Road With New Away Shirt Sponsors

Monday February 13th 2012

Fans who were at the match against Ross County on Saturday may have spotted a car parked behind the dug outs, and wondered why it was there, and whilst the reason for its appearance within the stadium on a matchday won’t come as a surprise to followers of Twitter, who were ‘tweeted’ to a photo of the car last week, there are still some fans who will no doubt be wanting to know the answer, so all can now be revealed.

LiveSport Operations Manager Greig Hopcroft and Group Manager Greg Murphy hand over the keys to John McGlynn

Raith Rovers Football Club are delighted to confirm that LiveSport.co.uk will sponsor Rovers’ away shirt for the next two seasons, and they have also agreed to provide John McGlynn with the sponsored car until the end of this season with a view to a possible extension of the deal into season 2012- 13.

The manager was presented with the keys to the car by LiveSport Operations Manager Greig Hopcroft and Group Manager Greg Murphy at Stark’s Park this afternoon, and Raith Rovers Commercial Development Manager Laura Jarvis told raithroversfc.com:
“The Directors of LiveSport have been great, they’ve understood the club’s needs and delivered within a very short timescale”
