Travel to Dumfries

Monday May 13th 2019

We are delighted to offer coach travel once again to supporters for only £10 return for our away leg at Palmerston Park on Saturday.

The bus can be booked by calling 01592 263514 or in person at the office. Seats must be paid for at the time of reservation. Buses are allocated as and when the bookings are made so if you intend on travelling in a group then please ensure the bookings are made at the time.

The buses will leave from the McDermid Stand car park no later than 12.45pm.

The 200 Club bar will be open from 11.00am for refreshments.

In order to assist supporters to travel to Forfar on Saturday, the Club subsidised coach travel. After discussions with the coach company and bus stewards, it was reported that a small number of supporters attempted to take alcohol on to the buses and abused coach drivers and stewards. Enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible however in the meantime, you are reminded that it is illegal to take alcohol on football coaches and if you are found in possession of alcohol or are abusive to staff, the Club will impose a ban regardless of any criminal complaint. Police Scotland will be undertaking searches of coaches on Saturday travelling to and from the fixture.

Rovers draw 2-2 with Kirkcaldy in the Nairn Charity Cup. The match was played in aid of funds for the Cottage Hospital raising £16 18/6.
