Raith Rovers Real Ale Festival
Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd June, 2012
For the third year, The Raith Trust, the Fife branch of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) and Raith Rovers have teamed up to bring a fundraising Real Ale Festival to Stark’s Park.
As in previous years, “Stramash 2012” will feature over 25 cask conditioned real ales, ciders and perrys, as well as a range of bottled beers and wine for the non-ale tipplers. Soft drinks will also be on sale.
The Festival will take place on Friday evening (from 5pm to 11pm) and all day Saturday (from noon to 11pm) and entry will cost only £5. For your entry fee you will receive a unique Raith Rovers pint glass and an event programme, listing all the beers and ciders available.
There will be live entertainment on the Friday and Saturday evening provided by local band, “The Glitch”.
The Festival will be held in the south stand concourse and the organisers are hoping for a warm, summer weekend to help make the event as pleasant as it can possibly be. As in previous years, all profits from the Festival will go to support the Raith Rovers Youth Academy.
Note: This is a licensed event and proof of age may be requested. Children cannot be admitted.
