Welcome: Willis Furtado
Raith Rovers today (Thursday 18th January) finalised the signing of 20 year old midfielder Willis Furtado from fellow League 1 side Airdrieonians FC.
The midfielder, who can also play as a striker, has signed on a contract until the end of the current season having scored 6 goals in 18 games so far this season for Airdrie.
Willis made the breakthrough at his local team US Ivry in Ivry – sur – Seine, France before signing for Stenhousemuir in September 2016, and then moving on to Airdrie in September of last year.
