Aidan Sutherland Memorial Match

A large crowd gathered at Starks Park on Sunday to watch a match between Kirkcaldy YM 19’s and Steadings AFC.

The match, which finished 9 – 3 in favour of the YM, was played as a memorial to Rovers fan Aidan Sutherland who passed away earlier this year. Aidan suffered from Type 1 Diabetes.

The match was also organised as a fundraiser for the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation, raising a 5 figure sum for the charity.
