Annual Awards Evening Tickets

Friday March 17th 2017

Planning for this year’s RRFC Awards Evening is now well underway. The event for season 2015/16 was rejuvenated under a new committee and nearly 190 people attended the Dean Park, Kirkcaldy for what proved to be a great evening.

The event this year, though, has moved to The Strathearn, Kirkcaldy, which has undergone a complete refurbishment under the new management of Dennis O’ Connell and Graeme Mitchell, and has had great reviews so far for good food and hospitality. Despite all efforts, The Strathearn was the largest, available venue in the Kirkcaldy and surrounding area on Saturday 6th May, and has a restricted capacity of only 120. Clearly, this is well down on the numbers able to attend last year.

Due to the restricted availability, only a very limited number of tickets have been made available to supporters groups and guests based on last year’s attendee list, and unfortunately there will be no public sale of tickets this year.

If you have any questions on ticket availability for this year’s event, please contact a member of your supporters’ group.

John Parlane played left half for Scotland Amateurs in the 1-0 defeat to England at Dulwich. Parlane joined Rovers from Dumbarton on the 1st February 1933. He went on to play just 15 games for Rovers scoring twice against Burntisland Shipyard and Dunfermline.
