The Raith Rovers board has listened to supporters’ concerns about affordability of attending live football and has decided to SLASH gate prices for most of the club’s home matches in this season’s Ladbrokes Championship!

We can now offer the LOWEST ADMISSION PRICES IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP for most matches and that’s not all… we are also introducing further reductions to encourage families with youngsters, the next generation of Raith Rovers supporters, to come along and to build the fanbase for the long term sustainability of the club.

Starting this Saturday, when St Mirren are the visitors for our first home league match of the new campaign, our walk up admission prices will be reduced as follows:-

               ADULTS                                                                                          £15        (reduced from £18)

JUNIORS* (under 16s, when accompanied by an Adult)    £  5         (reduced from £9)

               JUNIORS (aged 12 – 16) unaccompanied                              £  8         (reduced from £9)

SENIOR CITIZENS (65 and over)                                               £  8         (reduced from £9)

FULL TIME STUDENTS (aged 16 and over)                            £10        (reduced from £12)

               JOBSEEKERS                                                                                  £10        (reduced from £12)

DISABLED (Carer, if required, goes free)                               £  8         (reduced from £9)

These prices will apply to 12 out of 18 of our home league matches this season.

All concessionary tickets must be purchased at the Ticket Office, which now benefits from clearer signage, (or the away support ticket pod at the north end of the ground) BEFORE approaching the turnstiles. Ticket office / pod staff MAY require sight of acceptable proof of age and WILL require to see proof of entitlement to other concessions. Please arrive early to reduce queues.

For the remaining 6 fixtures, against Dundee United, Hibernian and Dunfermline Athletic, the club will announce admission prices and ticket arrangements ahead of each fixture.

And we haven’t forgotten about our loyal season ticket holders either! It’s looking like we will have record sales this season with nearly 1,200 already signed up, including some 150 new purchasers many of whom have taken up our Season Ticket Finance offer via Zebra Finance at https://www.seasonticketfinance.com/Raith_Rovers … and as a thank you to those who have purchased / renewed, we have decided that each adult season ticket holder will be entitled to a £10 discount when purchasing next season’s season ticket (senior citizens £5). In addition, each season ticket holder will be entered into a prize draw in April 2017 with 3 lucky winners receiving their season ticket for 2017 / 2018 ABSOLUTELY FREE!!

On top of these extra special offers season ticket holders will, of course, continue to receive the very best discounts of all. For example, if you have a Standard Adult ticket costing £270, that’s the equivalent of £15 for not just MOST games but for EVERY league match this season…that is a further saving of £30 or, put another way, two games free!!

Season tickets are on sale between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm weekdays, and also on matchdays although again, please arrive early to reduce queues. Telephone purchases can also be made weekdays (same hours) by phoning 01592 263514 Option 6.

Announcing the new pricing structure, CEO Eric Drysdale commented, “With manager Gary Locke’s team already playing good attacking football, and with young players – including home grown talent such as Ross Callachan, Lewis Vaughan and Ross Matthews – expected to feature regularly in the starting 11 alongside experienced and talented new signings together with the stars of last season’s squad, we hope the local public will respond to these huge discounts by coming along and seeing how the team – and the club as a whole – is progressing.

“This season’s Ladbrokes Championship promises to be exciting and competitive, and with fewer matches likely to be covered on TV, the only place to see the action at these low, low prices is at Stark’s Park. There’s nothing better than the LIVE FOOTBALL experience!

“These FAN-tastic reductions will remain in place for the full league season, and the Board hopes this initiative will result in materially increased attendances in 2016 / 17 that will allow us to maintain discounted prices going forward. We have listened to fans’ concerns about the affordability of live football, especially for those with young families, and we have decided to cut prices as low as we possibly can. I really hope the local community responds in big numbers.

“And of course, away supporters will also benefit from these discounted gate prices, and here’s hoping our Buddies from St Mirren make the journey in increased numbers this Saturday and make it a cracking atmosphere for what’s sure to be an entertaining match.”

Finally, supporters are reminded that tickets are already on sale for our Fife Derby match against Dunfermline Athletic on Saturday 20th August (ko 3.00pm). Tickets for this match are priced £20 for adults and £10 for concessions (under 16 / over 65 only) and may either be purchased from the Stark’s Park ticket office or online at www.raithrovers.net/shop

* one per adult, purchased by the adult

** for same category of pricing or lower (e.g. a senior citizen season ticket holder may not get a free adult ticket)
