The board of directors has decided that, going forward, the club will pay all of its non-footballing staff at least the Living Wage (currently £7.85 per hour).

In reaching this decision, and becoming one of the first Scottish football clubs to do so, we are recognising that a football club is not only its team on the pitch but also the small army of staff behind the scenes without whom we could not operate. At Raith Rovers we are extremely fortunate to have a hard working and dedicated workforce, and the board believes that it is only right that they are properly rewarded for their efforts, especially in these challenging economic times for everyone.
