Celtic Friendly Date Switch

Tuesday July 7th 2015

Due to Celtic’s UEFA Champions League fixture commitments, the two clubs have agreed to reschedule the challenge match that will mark the renaming of the Main Stand as the Turnbull Hutton Stand, in honour of our former Chairman who passed away earlier this year. We hope that as many supporters of both clubs as possible can attend this match, to pay tribute to Turnbull’s exceptional contribution to Scottish football.

The match will now take place on Tuesday 21st July, with a 7.45pm kick off.

Admission prices for this match, as with all pre season friendlies, will be: Adults £10; Concessions £5 (Under 16, Over 65 and Disabled)

The revised pre season schedule is now as follows:-

Heart of Midlothian FC – Tuesday 7 July (7.45pm) – Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy

Aberdeen FC – Sunday 12 July (1.00pm) – Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy

Dundee FC – Wednesday 15 July (7.45pm) – Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy

East Fife FC – Saturday 18 July (3.00pm) – Bayview Park, Methil

Celtic XI – Tuesday 21 July (7.45pm) – Stark’s Park, Kirkcaldy

Rovers defeat Strathmore Dundee 7-2 in a friendly. D Walker and Neilson both got hat-tricks whilst Suttie got the other goal.
