Ryan Conroy Signs

Thursday July 10th 2014

We are delighted to confirm that manager Grant Murray has today signed former Dundee star Ryan Conroy (27).

The talented left winger, who has also played at left back, was a regular in last season’s Championship winning Dundee side, and indeed in their previous two campaigns. Ryan was previously a Celtic player having been given his first professional contract by Gordon Strachan during the Scotland manager’s time at Parkhead.

Everyone at Stark’s Park welcomes Ryan to the club.

Meanwhile, a reminder that the first home pre season friendly of the season is this Saturday when Ramsdens Cup Winners Raith Rovers play host to William Hill Scottish Cup winners St Johnstone with a 3.00pm kick off. Admission prices are £10 for adults or £5 for concessions (Under 16 / Over 65).

Season tickets ARE valid for this fixture and may be purchased up until 2.45pm from the main office at Stark’s Park.

Rovers title hopes are dashed through at East End Park with Dunfermline winning the game 2-1 in front of 11052 fans. Although John Baird gave Rovers the lead two goals from Martin Hardie in the second half sealed victory for the Pars.
