Laurie Ellis and six of the club’s apprentices paid a visit to the Kirkcaldy Leisure centre to meet the young players in the Community Kickers classes and show off the Ramsdens cup to the excited youngsters.

Then, early on Friday morning, Laurie and Grant Murray delivered the cup to Kirkcaldy High School to met with the players taking part in this year’s Easter Skills Week. As well a posing for a group photo, Laurie and Grant were happy to join coach Ryan Cassidy in presenting the Star of the Week trophy to Hamish McIntyre.

Hamish – a budding goalkeeper – was chosen from the thirty players who attended the week-long course for his skills, hard work and his overall team spirit.

Grant and Laurie then spent some time talking to the players and coaches, before posing for photographs with the trophy then heading off for a training session with the squad.
